Summary

Tang Wu Lin observes Yang Nian Xia as he tries to avoid being overwhelmed by other students. When Yang Nian Xia is ambushed by a mysterious attacker named Makoto, who uses a shadowy Martial Soul to strangle him, Tang Wu Lin hesitates to intervene, considering their fragile alliance. Yang Nian Xia manages to grow in size and overpower his attacker, causing the assailant to vanish. As Yang Nian Xia continues to call for his companions, he encounters Zheng Yi Ran and her twin companions, Zheng Long and Zheng Hu, who threaten him with their poisonous Martial Souls. Yang Nian Xia is initially caught off guard by their attack but quickly regains control, grabbing the twins' ankles and unleashing a powerful dark golden energy that weakens them. The chapter ends with Yang Nian Xia asserting his strength against the poisonous attackers.
