Summary

The B.S.R.F squad, led by the "Netherworld Wolf," intervenes to save Leon and Deborah from a potential mutation. They reveal that Bai Yu sent them, and although Deborah is stable after receiving a C-Virus vaccine, she will remain in a coma. Leon learns of a nuclear threat to Tall Oaks City, orchestrated by the chief security advisor, Simmons, who is also implicated in the President's infection.
