Summary

In the desolate Daichi outside Ji Guang City, ominous shadows whisper of impending doom as the city's protective power wanes. A brilliant plasma beam erupts from the city, scattering lurking threats beneath the sea. Ji Guang, a powerful figure, unleashes thunderous energy to obliterate incantations threatening the city. Despite his weakened state, he confronts unseen foes, gathering immense power in the form of particle spears, ready to unleash destruction. Meanwhile, law enforcement, led by Qiong Xuan, confronts Tan Xin, who realizes the vast disparity in power.
