Summary

Xu Shenji woke up to find Mu Chang Geng had escaped, and he informed Cheng Dalei. Cheng Dalei wasn't too concerned and instead focused on investigating potential traitors. Meanwhile, Mu Chang Geng returned to Qin Chuan Pass, exhausted, and informed Yan Di and Mo Ming Mi that he had obtained information from Xu Shenji about breaking Hamagura Village. The information was to use fire attacks, which seemed absurd since the village was on an island surrounded by water. However, Mu Chang Geng believed Xu Shenji's plan was genuine, and they decided to implement it. Mo Ming Mi devised a plan to use fire arrows to burn the ships, then storm the beach and engage in close combat, targeting the buildings, docks, and granaries. With Xu Shenji's answer, Mo Ming Mi felt he had a breakthrough in his thinking, but in reality, the difference between him and Xu Shenji was still vast.
