Summary

Zhu Hao Miao recalls the day Teacher Su E took his blood, which was meant for the Dragon Emblem. He thanks her and promises to become strong and find her in her Illusory Domain. Nan Gong Su E is taken aback but smiles and says she'll wait for him. After Zhu Hao Miao leaves, Nan Gong Su E and Zhu Hua Cang discuss his participation in the U18 Ascension Tournament, with Nan Gong Su E believing it's an opportunity for others to grow stronger by competing against him. She confirms his registration, and the news of a new Abyssal, the "Child of the Dragon," spreads to the world's big shots. Zhu Hao Miao returns home to find his ferret waiting, and he reflects on his changes, finding that his Heart of the Dao has leveled up, but so have his Original Sins of Anger, Lust, and Pride. He's frustrated but relieved that nothing major happened. He thinks about his senior sister and the trouble she caused, triggering his Pride. He tries to distract himself but can't shake off the thoughts. The next morning, he takes a hot shower and discovers a subtle change in his appearance that makes him more pleasing to the eye.
