Summary

In a post-apocalyptic setting, Bill and his group, after emerging from the sewers, face the challenge of reaching a hospital while dealing with their foul odor. Upon arrival, they encounter a horde of infected and narrowly escape after a chaotic elevator incident. They find an access card and reach the rooftop, discovering military supplies.
