Summary

Gao Yang experiences intense pain and fear of death as he is attacked by Li Weiwei, who has transformed into a monstrous being. In a moment of desperation, he encounters a semi-transparent hexagram that activates a system revealing his status and talent for luck. Just as he faces imminent death, Qing Ling intervenes, killing Li Weiwei and instructing Gao Yang to forget the incident. After returning home, Gao Yang tends to his wounds and grapples with the surreal events of the night, questioning the reality of Li Weiwei's transformation.
