Summary

Liu Wen Jie awakens in a tree hollow, feeling the remnants of a restless night. As he ventures deeper into the tranquil forest, he hears a strange, mournful sound. Following it cautiously, he discovers an injured little fox in a misty valley. Just as he decides to help, a pack of wild wolves appears, surrounding him. Liu Wen Jie, undeterred, cradles the fox and devises a plan. Spotting a gap in the wolves' formation, he makes a daring escape, eventually losing them. The grateful fox looks at him, and Liu Wen Jie vows to protect it, solidifying his resolve to explore the forest despite its dangers.
