Summary

Hao Qi and his companions arrive in the capital of the Sea Sky Kingdom, opting to rest and explore the city before visiting the government. They enjoy a period of leisure, dining and exploring scenic spots, while Hao Qi informs Lan Ling’er about the dire situation on Pirate Island and the involvement of noble families with pirates. He urges her to establish an intelligence department to gather information on those colluding with pirates. Lan Ling’er expresses concern over the decline of her family, but Hao Qi reassures her about the Revolutionary Army's plans to deal with corrupt families. They discuss the potential dangers of opposing the noble families, acknowledging that they must be prepared for backlash.
