Summary

In a vibrant alien world, a young girl named Ya Ya brings mountain apricots to Li Mu, who is accompanied by two attendants. Despite their humble appearance, they face disdain from city guards. Upon entering the county town, Li Mu decides to impersonate the county magistrate to ensure his safety. After a rocky introduction, he is recognized as the new magistrate, but his lack of knowledge about local governance becomes apparent. He avoids engaging deeply with the officials, prioritizing his own comfort and martial arts ambitions over political power. As he settles into his role, he remains unfazed by the ridicule from others, focusing instead on his survival and potential growth in this new environment.
