Summary

Yue Chen searches through Da Hu Zi's memories while aboard the Gabon, a ship in superluminal space. Da Hu Zi, a notorious figure, has limited knowledge about the Parenard Empire. The unconscious Young Master Jiu has a chip implanted in his brain, containing personal information and account details, which Old Ka, a companion AI, improves upon. The disparity between citizens and commoners in the Empire is highlighted, with resistance organizations thriving due to the hardships faced by commoners. As Da Hu Zi awakens and fears Yue Chen, the latter contemplates the Heretic Inquisition, a mysterious organization loyal to the Emperor tasked with eliminating heretics. Upon arriving at a colossal floating city, the Gabon is ensnared by a black warship, reminiscent of one that caused disaster on Planet One. Yue Chen, sensing danger, hides everyone in the mustard seed world and remains undetected. A comical yet furious lord demands the return of his son, Young Master Jiu, while Yue Chen strategizes to avoid confrontation with the powerful forces of the Parenard Empire, recognizing that beings like him are viewed as heretics.
