Summary

In Lu Ming City, the heavy gates closed, trapping over 1,000 people inside as a beast horde approached. City Lord Qin Ying faced criticism for his decision but ultimately supported Ye Qing Yu's plan to delay the beasts and save the fleeing civilians. Ye Qing Yu, demonstrating his strength, fought fiercely against the tide of beasts, using powerful ice attacks to hold them off. Despite his efforts, the relentless horde continued to advance. Meanwhile, Jiu, a seemingly ordinary dog, unexpectedly instilled fear in the beasts, causing them to retreat.
