Summary

In West City, a cleanup crew struggles to clear a filthy alley, previously a passage for shops. Their efforts are interrupted when a man publicly urinates and later stabs two workers, escalating the situation to murder. Liu Yun Tao, overseeing the cleanup, finds the bodies and reports the incident. Meanwhile, Old Granny Pang confronts a litterer, leading to a chase where she showcases her agility and martial arts skills. The attacker retreats, raising Granny Pang's suspicions of a deeper plot. As chaos unfolds, Liu Yun Tao and Granny Pang cross paths at the West City Office, unaware of the larger criminal schemes targeting the city.
