Summary

Buchuan Cool, the City Lord, expresses his frustration by shouting "Baka!" after emerging from a passage, while his vice city lord, Oda, warns him about attracting zombies. Buchuan Cool, dismissive of Oda's advice, decides to use a secret item entrusted to them by Elder Bai, a potion that enhances attraction to radiation creatures. He sends a subordinate, Sakata Daisuke, to apply the potion and lure the SS-class creature, 'Fierce Lion Of The Ruptured Earth.' However, a devil’s child intervenes, seizing the potion and dragging Daisuke away. As Buchuan Cool celebrates his plan, he is unaware of the impending danger as the creature follows the scent of the potion.
