Summary

Old Zhao expresses his willingness to sacrifice for Meng Qi's revival, but Bing Nü reassures him that the Soul-Calling Pearl can work without costing a life, though it will weaken her. They journey to the Ice Mansion's back mountain, where they find Meng Qi sealed in an ice coffin. After emotional moments, Bing Nü uses the Soul-Calling Pearl, and a projection of Meng Qi's soul appears. However, two intruders threaten them, but they are quickly subdued. As Bing Nü attempts to unite Meng Qi's soul and body, she strains herself, leading to a critical moment where both she and Meng Qi's conditions fluctuate.
