Summary

Wu Chen Dao Ren observes a battle involving a scarred man, an elegant Daoist, and a beautiful Daoist maiden. The scarred man transforms, unleashing powerful gray flames and a massive gray hand that threatens the elegant Daoist. Just as the hand is about to strike, a white seal appears, shattering the gray hand and killing the scarred man. Wu Chen Dao Ren then rushes to assist Shi Mu on a nearby ship, where he confronts a gray-dressed woman who is swiftly defeated by the white seal. Shi Mu prepares to escape when he sees Yan Luo, now significantly stronger, who counters Wu Chen Dao Ren's attack with a massive black staff shadow. Despite this, Wu Chen Dao Ren's white seal manages to repel the attack, but Yan Luo falls into the sea. As Wu Chen Dao Ren faces a new threat from a sallow old man, who reveals himself as a powerful figure from the past, tension escalates. The old man, identified as the Left Guardian, is met with respect from the Mingyue Sect disciples. Liu An arrives, eager for revenge against Wu Chen Dao Ren. The elegant Daoist and beautiful Daoist confirm the defeat of their enemies, prompting Wu Chen Dao Ren to prepare for a confrontation. However, he ultimately chooses to escape with his companions, leaving Liu An and the Left Guardian behind. The Left Guardian, having exhausted his life force to summon powerful allies, collapses. Liu An and the gray-dressed woman attempt to save him, but he succumbs to his injuries, turning to ash as a result of his forbidden techniques. The group mourns his loss, and Shi Mu reflects on the complexities of the factions in the Eastern Continent.
