Summary

Kobayashi visits Wei Zi's magic item store to prepare for his upcoming adventure and requests Magic Crystals. While waiting, he converses with Ba Ni Er, who offers cryptic advice about his journey and the challenges he may face. Ba Ni Er also tries to humorously suggest that Kobayashi take Wei Zi home, but Kobayashi rebuffs the idea. Wei Zi returns with only three Magic Crystals available, leading to a successful purchase. Upon returning home, Kobayashi finds Aqua in a compromising situation, having accidentally spent a large sum on expensive wine. Kobayashi decides to deduct her allowance as punishment, which leads to Aqua's dramatic reaction. Sato then gives Kobayashi a pair of specially designed underwear as a prototype to protect him in future adventures. Sato expresses concern about Kobayashi's increasing timidity and encourages him to be bolder and more assertive. After some back-and-forth, Kobayashi acknowledges Sato's criticism and vows to change, realizing he has become too cautious.
