Summary

In a small, worn house, Gu Yue and Ding Jian seek guidance from Venerable Kong Hai regarding the mysterious disappearance of Young Lady Xiao Er and Chu Li. Kong Hai, troubled by their fate, contemplates the possibility of their survival, despite initial beliefs of their death. He enlists the help of his Junior Brother Kong Jing, who, after examining a strand of hair, reveals that Xiao Er is alive and destined to be a role model for the nation. As Kong Hai prepares for his impending Nirvana, he assures Gu Yue that they can meet again in seven days for the ceremony, leaving a sense of urgency for Gu Yue to act swiftly.
