Summary

In the Spirit Spring, Qin Liangyu and her soldiers encounter a group of "calamity beings" that unexpectedly take on human forms, including men, women, and children, but soon reveal their true nature as ghouls. The ghouls transform into monstrous forms, displaying bloodlust and attacking the soldiers. Despite initial hesitation from the soldiers, they engage in battle against these powerful foes. The ghouls, evolved from calamity forces, possess immense strength and unique abilities, making the fight intense. As the battle rages, transcendent-level ghouls target the observation platform where Shen Xiu Er and others are located.
