Summary

Xi Ying Zhen, an old sorcerer, contemplates the worthiness of his opponents, dismissing the fallen cultivators as unworthy of his time. His assistant, Gui Bu Gui, suggests a plan to heckle a rival, Xuanming, to provoke him. They devise a scheme to gather others for the heckling, but upon returning to the inn, they find it engulfed in smoke due to a drunken mishap caused by little Ren San. The chaos leads to the escape of a demon, Bai Wu Qiu, resulting in panic among the sorcerers. Just as Wu Mian attempts to confront Bai Wu Qiu, the demon disappears into a black halo, replaced by a dark figure, escalating the tension further.
