Summary

In a tense encounter, Du Yu and his companions confront a girl in red and a white wolf, who are revealed to be 'thread spirits' born from 'longing' and 'unwillingness.' The West Queen Mother recognizes their danger but becomes entranced by her own feelings of longing. As the battle escalates, Du Yu struggles against the overwhelming emotions of loneliness and despair that the white wolf's presence invokes. His friends, including Ah Qian and Xie Yu Jiao, attempt to assist but are also affected. Just when hope seems lost, Bu Zhi Huo Ming Ri Xiang arrives to slap Du Yu awake, breaking the spell and restoring his clarity amid the chaos.
