Summary

In the office of the director of the First Hospital, he learns that forbidden drugs he exchanged are being traced back to him. Fearing for his life, he contacts a foreign woman for help, demanding protection. After a tense conversation, she agrees to pick him up. He leaves the hospital and enters a black Jetta, driven by a masked figure. Upon arrival at a secluded location, he is shown a video of his wife and sons being held captive. As he pleads for their lives, they are brutally murdered on screen. In a final twist, the driver, revealed to be a woman, kills him too, walking away unfazed by the violence.
