Summary

A chilling tale of a construction project in Huai Nan City where chief engineer Li Zong Ping sacrificed a disabled worker, Song Ren Tou, by burying him alive in a concrete foundation pillar to resolve supernatural construction challenges. After completion, the bridge experienced frequent brutal traffic accidents until a team discovered the hidden corpse. Li Zong Ping was eventually arrested and punished. Mysteriously, after a dragon head ornament was installed, no further accidents occurred at the bridge site.
