Summary

Han Feng Xue encounters five armored knights who inform him that he cannot fly into the imperial capital. He explains that he is a first-time visitor and is forgiven. As they enter the capital, they marvel at its grandeur, noting the presence of powerful magical beasts and the attention they attract. Han Feng Xue decides to store his magical beast, the little Diao, in a special space ring to avoid drawing too much attention. They find an inn and learn about the upcoming enrollment at the four great academies: the Technician Academy, Knight Academy, Swordsman Academy, and Radiant Academy. Han Feng Xue encourages the little moon to pursue her dream of becoming a knight, and they decide to enroll in the Radiant Academy together. On the day of the assessments, they face a massive crowd at the academy entrance, where Han Feng Xue observes the disdain for the Radiant Academy. As the gates open, they prepare to enter amidst the throng of hopeful students.
