Summary

In Qing'an Prefecture, a group of notorious bullies, led by a scarred man, disrupt a theater performance, demanding ten coins under threat of violence. Sun Lao Tou, the theater owner, attempts to stand up to them, but the bullies laugh off his threats, believing they are untouchable due to their connections. Suddenly, Lao Fang intervenes, striking the scarred man with a bench, leading to chaos. The bullies, frightened by their leader's defeat, are soon arrested by constables, who act decisively against them. Liu Yishou, the chief constable, gains respect for maintaining order, and Sun Lao Tou realizes they now have protection against the bullies.
