Summary

In the underwater Crystal Palace, Xia Tian asserts dominance over the aquatic leaders, who fear for their lives and submit to his authority. He demands that they sever two limbs and gather ten thousand Spirit Stones to atone for their sins. The lobster leader complies, followed by others, offering their limbs as ingredients for spiritual cuisine. Xia Tian entrusts the Ice Soul Dragon Ball and a Golden Crown to the leaders, appointing the Silver-scaled Dragon Girl to gather resources and teach the Illusion Technique to the aquatic leaders. Meanwhile, on land, Huang Yue Ying prepares to leave the Mechanism City, aided by two powerful warriors, Xu Fu Zi and Xue Nü, as they seek her husband in the White Jade Capital. Their departure is prompted by an impending threat from Transcendent foreign beings. In a separate underground palace, the Red Hammer clan, led by a gray dwarf king, celebrates the completion of a divine artifact that will allow them to forge powerful weapons. They plan to deal with two powerful transcendent beings currently occupying a valuable weapon spring, believing their forces are sufficient to overcome them.
