Elf: After the Yandere Elf Turned Dark, I Became Invincible (Chapters 1-873)

Summary

Lin Chen and Qi Lu Li An teleport to a new world node, where they encounter a spirit egg, previously entrusted to the World Tree, that has not yet hatched despite its abundant energy. The Paper Sword realizes that Lin Chen is capable of nurturing the egg better than it could. After some hesitation, the Paper Sword decides to join Lin Chen in protecting the egg. Lin Chen captures the Paper Sword, now named Zhi Yu Jian, and welcomes it to his team. The other spirits are initially unwelcoming due to past conflicts but eventually warm up to Zhi Yu Jian after witnessing its dedication and mission. Lin Chen uses a Life Gem to heal Zhi Yu Jian, restoring its strength. He learns about Zhi Yu Jian's abilities and expresses excitement over having it as a companion. Lin Chen then inquires if Zhi Yu Jian has encountered a group of four Needle Dragons.
