Summary

Nie Li and Lu Piao visit Xiu Dian at Tian Ling Academy to find tasks for earning Spirit Stones. They discover a task to treat Gu Lan from the Gu Family, who is ill and has been unsuccessfully treated by many doctors. Despite skepticism from the servants, Gu Bei, Gu Lan's brother, allows them to enter. Gu Lan, described as beautiful yet sickly, is revealed to be poisoned rather than ill. Nie Li expresses confidence in his ability to help her.
