Summary
Li Shi Min was disappointed with Li Su as a potential son-in-law due to his peasant background. Li Su's family history and achievements did not meet Li Shi Min's expectations for his in-laws. Li Su and Dong Yang had overlooked these contradictions, but now they were facing the consequences. Li Shi Min praised Li Su's ingenuity and cleverness, but his tone turned angry when he discovered that Li Su had been distributing green vegetables to nobles but not to the imperial court. Li Su was reprimanded for his actions, which were seen as a sign of disrespect. Li Shi Min also brought up the Fire Bureau's halted operations, and Li Su acknowledged his guilt. The conversation ended with Li Shi Min visiting Li Su's greenhouse to learn about his methods for growing green vegetables during winter. Upon exiting the bathhouse, Li Su was surprised to see the courtyard filled with imperial guards, and Li Shi Min observed the Li Family's estate, noticing its poor Feng Shui layout.Full content
