Summary

Zhu Hao Miao tortures Huo Hong in an underground prison, using dark magic to extract his essence, causing fear among the inmates. Despite the effectiveness of his technique, Zhu realizes he needs to enhance his powers for sustained use. After learning Huo Hong's execution is scheduled for next autumn, Zhu contemplates the inefficiencies of the justice system in a chaotic era. He decides to focus on establishing the Yanhuang Martial Arts Arsenal rather than getting entangled in local governance. As he leaves the prison, he reflects on his evolving destiny and the balance between enjoying worldly affairs and maintaining independence. Yan Yun Sheng, his subordinate, receives instructions and a share of silver notes from Zhu, who encourages him to take charge in his absence.
