Summary

Yuan Zhou's small shop was filled with people enjoying his delicious soup dumplings. An old man was particularly impressed, comparing them to the famous West Lake restaurant and declaring Yuan Zhou a true master of his craft. The old man wanted another serving, but Yuan Zhou explained that the rules stated one serving per person. Despite the old man's pitiful expression and the persuasion of others, Yuan Zhou stood firm. After the crowd left, Yuan Zhou closed the shop and went out, first stopping at the bank to deposit his earnings. He then took a taxi to the Chengdu Electronic Market to buy a new computer and phone. At the market, he was swarmed by salespeople but was determined to buy a specific model of phone, the Fruit Machine. He tried out the phone and decided to buy it, then went to look at computers before paying for both.
