Summary

Long Wu, a former convict turned underground king in Jinhai City, finds himself in a precarious situation after a police operation disrupts his connections. After learning that the police are mobilizing to capture a significant figure, he instructs his subordinates to lay low. He encounters a hooded man in a club, who reveals he is sent by the "big boss" and requests a boat and ten kilograms of gold for his escape. Long Wu reluctantly agrees to help but is troubled by the cost. He proposes a deal for the hooded man to eliminate a troublesome police officer, which the hooded man considers but demands more gold. Meanwhile, police officers, led by Yu Zhen Dong, conduct surprise inspections in the old city, eventually spotting the hooded man. As they attempt to apprehend him, the hooded man retaliates with a powerful attack, injuring several officers and prompting Yu Zhen Dong to order a retreat.
