Summary

Victor, following Kimura's advice, enters the Punic Prison, leaving his companions outside due to their concerns about losing their powers. Inside, he faces Old Paul, the god of the prison, who blames him for the escape of others and asserts his authority. Despite Victor's willingness to accept responsibility, Paul makes it clear that he will not allow interference. As a convoy approaches, Paul demonstrates his power by striking Victor with lightning, emphasizing that he controls what prisoners can see. Meanwhile, outside, A Cuo and Sun De Sheng investigate the prison's surroundings, unaware of Victor's presence. When they finally enter, Victor and Paul appear before them, heightening the tension of the situation.
