Summary

On the northern shore of Songyang Lake, the Ye Clan's 3,000 troops are trapped on a mountain ridge, besieged by the Montenegro bandit army. After a month of retreat and dwindling supplies, morale is low. Ran Hu, a commander, observes unusual movements among the bandits and worries about their impending attack. Meanwhile, Chen Hai is attacking enemy fortresses in the northwest, but his limited forces cannot break the siege. As Ran Hu contemplates the situation, he sees a large spiritual bird approaching, possibly signaling reinforcements. However, the Montenegro army quickly mobilizes to intercept this newcomer, raising the stakes for the beleaguered troops.
