Summary

Song Ming Dao is furious with his sons, Wu Xin and Shi Jia, for their mistakes, particularly Shi Jia’s exposure of Ye Quan’s identity, which could cause chaos in the capital. Wu Xin is tasked with preventing the Winds and Clouds Chamber of Commerce from rising. Meanwhile, Ye Quan, in the capital, is warned by Lin Tian Fang about the dangers of his actions. Lin Tian Fang reveals that someone is orchestrating events behind the scenes, not Song Ming Dao. Their journey is interrupted by an ambush led by Ning Tian Ya, Lin Tian Fang’s estranged brother, who seeks revenge for past grievances. Ye Quan is shocked to learn Ning Tian Ya is his third uncle, and tensions rise as Ning Tian Ya vows to kill Lin Tian Fang and avenge Ye Gong.
