Chapter 264: Bright Moon Night, Jade Terrace Light (2). [532]
Summary
The chapter describes the Thousand-Eyed Devil Ray piloting a flying boat to the ruins of the White Jade Platform, where they encounter a desolate plain littered with remnants of collapsed palaces. The area is devoid of life, having been thoroughly scavenged by spiritual cultivators from the Fallen Star Ocean. Jin Ou, a member of the Jin Clan, comments on the ruthlessness of these cultivators compared to his own clan's tax collection practices. As they continue westward, they spot a golden sword emerging from the ground, which the Thousand-Eyed Devil Ray quickly seizes after eliminating a competing cultivator. The chapter highlights the competitive and brutal nature of treasure hunting in the ruins, with the Jin Clan and deep-sea giants reveling in their gains. After several encounters and battles, they catch up with another group led by True Master Hao Long, who are in a miserable state due to a previous encounter with black pepper ghost mushrooms. The chapter concludes with both flying boats traveling through the ruins for three days and two nights, reaching the edge of a foggy, lifeless area called Da Shan.Full content
