Summary

The Ascension Conference of the Blue Dragon Sect took place, attracting many forces who were shocked to see guards from the Kirin Royal Mansion serving as menial workers due to their offense to Chu Feng. News of Chu Feng's alliance with Qi Feng Yang and his victory over Gong Lu Yun spread, elevating his status. However, Chu Feng did not attend the conference, having gone into seclusion. Meanwhile, Gong Tian Ping, grieving his son's death, was confronted by elders from the Lin family about the whereabouts of Lord Lin Ran. A commotion ensued when Gong Tian Ping's wife accused him of killing Lin Ran, revealing a gruesome scene of Lin Ran's mutilated body in their home. The elders, enraged by the discovery, called for the Kirin army to punish the Gong family, leading to their massacre. Chu Feng, witnessing the slaughter from a distance, felt no pity, believing that justice had been served for his father's harm.
