Summary

Bai Xiao Chun realizes he could suppress the Blood Stream Sect with a thought and unleash power, but worries about the consequences of becoming a Gorefiend. He reflects on his unexpected transformation and the burden of being outstanding. Upon emerging from the Blood Ancestor, he garners astonished reactions from the sect members, but his joy is tempered by thoughts of Du Ling Fei, who he believes is Blood Plum. He seeks her out but receives no response, leading to disappointment. Just as he decides to leave, Song Jun Wan appears and informs him that the Old Ancestor of the Song Jia has summoned him. Despite his concerns about his identity as a Blood Child, he follows her to the Old Ancestor's cave. Inside, he faces immense pressure from the Old Ancestor, but manages to conceal his true power. After a tense moment, he bows and introduces himself as Night Burial.
