Summary

Mo Wuji, fleeing from a deadly serpent in the Lei Wu Forest, finds himself surrounded by mist and towering trees. He encounters two unfamiliar beasts fighting nearby, realizing he is in a swamp called Lei Ze, which poses a lethal threat. Despite the danger, he attempts to escape but is struck by lightning arcs that initially cause him pain. However, one strike opens a blocked meridian in his body, igniting hope for cultivation. As he endures more lightning strikes, he uses a special medicine to aid the process, ultimately feeling relief as his meridian begins to open, granting him newfound power.
