Summary

In the village of Wo Niu, Pei Zi Yun practices martial arts and takes a strengthening pill, gradually improving his strength. His family celebrates a renovation with a modest gathering. Later, he meets Zhu Wei, an inspector, and proposes a plan to eliminate the Black Wind Bandits by exploiting their vulnerabilities.
