Summary

Meanwhile, Chao Cuo contemplates accelerating his plans to reduce the feudal lords' power, fearing the Son of Heaven's indecision. In the Hengshan Kingdom, King Liu Bo interprets the comet as divine punishment and decides to fast and pray. In contrast, King Liu Wu of Chu considers rebellion but hesitates due to loyalty among his officials. King Wu, Liu Pi, sees the comet as an opportunity to advance his ambitions, planning to unite with other states against Chang'an.
