Summary

Zhang Mao Cai and his companions venture toward a mountain peak littered with bones, rumored to be home to dangerous Asuras. Despite the grim surroundings, Zhang Mao Cai shares his past experiences with the Asuras, explaining the high death toll among spirits trying to ascend. As they proceed, the group encounters a fresh corpse of a slain Shura, revealing the potential power of Guang Ren and Huo Shan. Just as they prepare to continue, a Shura attacks, but the protagonist manages to kill it quickly. However, more Shuras swarm down the mountain, prompting Shang Shan Lao He Shang to use his Buddhist powers to decimate many, showcasing the danger they face on their ascent.
