Summary

Mu Yi attempts to chop down an ancient tree but is momentarily immobilized by an invisible force. With guidance from Xian Yue, he finds inner peace and manages to free his spirit, allowing him to successfully sever the tree. As a reward, he receives the powerful mental technique, the Sword of Primordial Spirit's Original Intention. Following this, he encounters Qiao Fu, who informs him of the remaining trials in the Tian Long Tower. Mu Yi then approaches the second trial, the Merchant's Trial, where he must select five golden ingots from a thousand-meter path, with the challenge hinging on his ability to discern the best ingot within a time limit.
