Summary

In a desperate escape, four characters, including the narrator and Qu Qiu Xiang, flee from menacing spirits. As they struggle to carry an injured man while enduring physical pain, Qu Qiu Xiang mocks the narrator's inability to keep pace. Amidst growing tension, the narrator discovers a poison spreading in their hand and realizes they lack enough antidote pills. Qu Qiu Xiang rushes back into the shelter to help, prompting concerns from Qing Feng, who prepares explosives to seal the entrance and prevent spirit escape. After a tense wait, Qu Qiu Xiang returns with a wounded individual just before the explosives are detonated, sealing the shelter's entrance and averting disaster.
