Summary

Cheng Lao Hu is tasked with finding a pretty boy linked to Wu Miao. After a brief conversation with Zhao Jing Wei, he leaves to gather his men. Meanwhile, Wu Liu Qi, Wu Miao’s former favorite, revels in his newfound freedom after being abandoned by her, but his arrogance leads to his downfall. Cheng Lao Hu and his men confront Wu Liu Qi, who threatens them with Wu Miao's wrath. Ignoring his threats, they brutally beat him, leaving him bloodied and begging for mercy. Cheng Lao Hu later informs Lin Ning of the beating, suggesting they continue punishing Wu Liu Qi for his disloyalty, which Lin Ning agrees to.
