Summary

A middle-aged man in a Zhong Shan suit and a young man in a similar outfit, both from the National Guard, discuss the Kusanagi Sword's security amidst threats from the Ninja Association. The young man, Xiao Feng, expresses anger towards the Ninja Association, while the middle-aged man, Nie Yun, reassures him.
