Summary

The sun blazed down on a weary convoy traveling along the Daich. Ou Yang Ming, sensing impending danger, decided to leave the convoy despite Wang Le Shui's concerns. After slipping away unnoticed, he traveled alone, disguising himself as an ordinary person. He sought refuge in a pavilion where he encountered a brawny man and other travelers. As they rested, a powerful convoy approached, led by a knight who demanded the pavilion for his master. Most travelers complied, but the brawny man stood up against the knight, leading to a confrontation. Ou Yang Ming, caught in the middle, was surprised by the knight's aggressive actions.
