Summary

Bai Ze and the blind man, cautious yet excited, encounter a jade door in a tomb. Bai Ze regrets not finding the remains of the Zhang Family's clan chief. As they crawl through the door, they are startled by a large rat. Inside, they discover an alchemy room filled with dangerous elixirs. They search for an exit, relying on gestures and sounds. Bai Ze finds a mechanism beneath an alchemy furnace, revealing a staircase leading upward. As they ascend, they detect a strong smell of a corpse, heightening their caution.
