Summary

In a dense forest on the Eastern Continent, a group of black-clad riders, led by a middle-aged man with a wooden staff, travels towards Jiahe Pass. As they discuss the absence of people in Cangyu Town, the leader senses danger and transforms into a cloud of black smoke to scout the area. Suddenly, a gray shadow attacks, swiftly killing the leader and several riders in a brutal onslaught.
