Summary

In a shady hotel, police investigate the disappearance of a jade piece linked to a murder. Ye Fan and Chu Xue Han escape, but the jade mysteriously reappears around Chu Xue Han's neck despite their attempts to dispose of it. They seek Dai Ming, the jade's seller, who has fled. Ye Fan uses his Yin-Yang eyes to track him down to a hidden courtyard. There, they confront a frantic Dai Ming, who reveals the jade's dark past, claiming it has brought tragedy to his family since he purchased it at an auction. Ye Fan neutralizes Dai Ming's aggression, prompting him to share the horrifying consequences tied to the jade, including multiple family deaths.
